By enrolling in the LIFESHARE.IN Membership Program (“Membership”, “Program”), you (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To subscribe to the Membership:

• You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age.

• You must have a valid and active Platform account.

• The Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

2. Membership Benefits

Depending on your plan, benefits may include:

• Free or discounted delivery

• Early access to sales or new launches

• Exclusive discounts and coupons

• Priority customer support

• Special partner offers

Note: Benefits may vary by product category, location, or plan.

3. Membership Plans & Fees

• Membership may be free or paid, with different durations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).

• Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST).

• Once paid, fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

• The platform reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

4. Activation and Validity

• Membership is activated immediately or within 1 hours after payment.

• It is valid for the period selected and shown on your account dashboard.

• Renewal is automatic (for paid plans), unless turned off before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refund

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.

• Upon cancellation:

  • Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused period (unless required under applicable Indian consumer laws).

6. Restrictions

Members agree not to:

• Share membership accounts or benefits with others.

• Use the Program for fraudulent or bulk/commercial purchases.

• Violate platform Terms of Use, Return Policy, or other platform rules.

Violation may lead to termination of membership without refund.

7. Modifications to Membership

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any benefits or terms of the Program.

• Make changes to eligibility, pricing, or features.

• Notify members of any material changes via email or on the platform.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

• Your data may be used to tailor offers and communications related to your membership.

9. Termination by Platform

We may terminate or suspend your membership if:

• You violate these or any other platform terms.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity is detected.

• We discontinue the Program (with prior notice and refund, if applicable).

10. Limitation of Liability

• Membership benefits are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary by region or seller.

• We are not liable for:

  • Delays or interruptions in service

  • Variations in benefit availability

  • Third-party offers or services

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil nadu, India.
