Applicable To: All sellers registered on LIFESHARE.IN
By registering and listing products on LIFESHARE.IN, you (“Seller”, “You”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform’s seller services.
To sell on our platform, you must:
Be an Indian individual, company, LLP, or partnership with valid documentation.
Submit the following:
PAN
GSTIN (if applicable)
Bank Account Details
Aadhaar (for individuals/sole proprietors)
Accept these Terms and all other platform policies.
Sellers must:
List accurate and complete product information including:
Product name, images, specifications, MRP (inclusive of taxes)
Country of origin
Manufacturer/importer details
Expiry date (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with:
Legal Metrology Rules, 2011
FSSAI regulations (for food items)
Any category-specific regulations
Not list prohibited, counterfeit, expired, or restricted goods.
You must process and dispatch orders within the designated SLA (e.g., 24–48 hours).
If you use your own logistics, you are responsible for timely and safe delivery.
If the platform provides logistics, you must follow the packaging and handover SOPs.
You agree to:
Accept returns as per the platform’s return and replacement policies.
Bear the cost of returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Process refunds or replacements in a timely manner once the product is received and inspected.
Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, cess).
You are responsible for setting and updating product prices.
Participation in promotions/discounts is optional but must follow platform policies.
The platform may charge commissions, service fees, or logistics charges.
A detailed fee structure will be shared upon onboarding and updated as needed.
Payment will be made on a T+3 basis (e.g., T+7 working days from order delivery), after deducting:
Commission
TCS (under GST law, if applicable)
TDS (under Income Tax Act)
Payments will be made to the registered bank account.
You are solely responsible for:
Filing GST returns and paying tax liabilities
Issuing GST-compliant invoices
The platform may collect and deposit TCS under Section 52 of CGST Act.
Platform-generated reports will be available for reconciliation.
You agree to:
Maintain high standards of product quality, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Avoid misconduct including fake listings, false advertising, or abusive communication.
Adhere to all platform guidelines, quality audits, and performance benchmarks.
Low performance may result in:
Suspension of listings
Account restrictions
Withholding of payments
Permanent termination
You must have the legal right to sell the listed products.
No counterfeit or pirated goods are allowed.
You grant the platform a royalty-free license to use product images and information for marketing.
Platform is not liable for any IP claims made by third parties.
You shall not misuse customer data or order details.
Platform and seller data must be treated as confidential and used only for fulfilling orders.
Comply with applicable Indian data privacy guidelines under the IT Act, 2000.
Platform is not liable for losses due to order cancellations, delays, or third-party issues.
Total liability of the platform is limited to the commission/fees paid by the seller in the last 3 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' notice.
Platform may suspend/terminate immediately for policy violations, fraud, or legal risk.
Upon termination, all pending orders must be fulfilled and dues cleared.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Tamil Nadu , India.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified via email or your seller dashboard. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
