    3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

    4. Returns and Refunds

    7. Code of Conduct

    Sellers must:

    • Avoid fake reviews, inflated pricing, or deceptive practices.

    • Not solicit customers outside the platform.

    • Respect customer data privacy as per IT Act and Data Protection Guidelines.

    • Maintain professional communication and behavior.

    Violations may lead to:

    • Warnings

    • Listing removal

    • Suspension or termination


    8. Performance Metrics

    Platform may evaluate sellers based on:

    • Order fulfillment rate

    • Return/rejection rate

    • Customer feedback

    • Complaint resolution speed

    Low-performing sellers may face restrictions.


    9. Intellectual Property

    Sellers must:

    • List only genuine products with proper rights/licenses.

    • Avoid IP violations (trademark, copyright, patents).

    • Comply with Notice and Takedown procedures under the IT Act.


    10. Data Usage and Privacy
    • Seller data will be used as per the platform’s Privacy Policy.

    • No unauthorized access or misuse of platform data is allowed.


    11. Dispute Resolution
    • Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved in good faith.
