  5. Fill with the desired stuffing and shape into Kozhukattai.

  6. Steam it for 7–10 minutes until ready to serve.

Instructions for Idiyappam

  1. Boil the required quantity of water with salt.

  2. Pour this hot water into 500 g of Aachi Kozhukattai Flour.

  3. Knead the mix gently into a dough.

  4. Put the prepared dough inside an Idiyappam press.

  5. Press it out into thin strings over an Idli plate and steam for 7–10 minutes.

  6. Hot and tasty Idiyappam is ready to serve.
